Michael Peters’ name is synonymous with British design, having been at the forefront of the industry for more than 30 years.
In 1970 he established Michael Peters and Partners, which revolutionised the role of packaging design in the marketing of consumer products. In 1983, the company was led onto the London Stock Exchange, and by 1989 it had an annual turnover in excess of £45 million. Clients included the BBC, British Airways, the Conservative Party, Redland, ITV, United Distillers and Unilever.
In 1990 Michael was awarded the OBE for his services to design and marketing. Two years later, he founded The Identica Partnership. The London based company is now one of the leading international brand and corporate identity consultancies, specialising in the creation, development, management and design of brands around the globe. Clients include Diageo, Universal Studios, National Power, NatWest, Vodafone, Co-op, Nike, Wembley Stadium, Bank Leumi, Aeroflot and Roust Inc.
