Responsible for leading the market research function globally and creating the frameworks that turn data and insights into action, Nicola also sits on the Cadbury Schweppes Commercial Leadership Team. Cadbury Schweppes operates in over 200 countries and is the world’s leading confectionery company and holds the number three position globally in beverages.
Previously head of strategy development, Nicola has also held senior marketing and strategy positions in the Canadian, Russian and UK businesses. She was educated at London School of Economics where she gained her MSc (Econ) Statistics and previously at Queen Elizabeth College, London University.
