Rupert has worked in music marketing for eight years, and in that time has been instrumental in aligning brands through live music, mostly at Barfly clubs, and has been responsible for music marketing strategies through online, broadcast and mobile campaigns. Rupert’s success in the industry was recognised with a Campaign Media Award in 2005, for his contribution in a marketing programme for a retail fashion brand partner.

 

As a promoter, Rupert has put on early gigs for some of the biggest bands that have since achieved international acclaim, such as: Elbow, The Magic Numbers, The Killers, Kaiser Chiefs, Editors, Hard-Fi, Block Party, Razorlight and The Polyphonic Spree.
